Hi,
I have set up two tickets for an event. On the front-end they are shown, but it’s not possible to select the number of one of the tickets before proceeding to the registration form: https://www.screencast.com/t/xps3IWNuRz
In another support thread I found that one must activate Allow group registrations and enter a number for Max group registrants.
Alone, these options are missing in the options panel: https://www.screencast.com/t/y0UH1O7z and I don’t find a way to activate them.
Looking forward to learn what I missed.

Hi Lukas,
In another support thread I found that one must activate Allow group registrations and enter a number for Max group registrants.
That relates to a different issue from what you have above.
Someone has added:
.ticket-selector-tbl-qty-slct {
display: none;
}
To the custom CSS section of your site to hide the Qty section of the ticket selector, that’s why you can’t see it currently.
Some of your events have only a single ticket type so I assume this was done to hide the Qty field on those, but it’s causing the issue you’ve mentioned above.
Go to Dashboard -> Appareance -> Customize.
In the ‘Additional CSS’ section, can you see the above CSS?

Thanks for pointing me there.
Would it be possible to show it for multiple tickets events only?
Reason: I always asked myself why it should be there if no choice can be made.

Hi Joao,
Please excuse me, looks like my concern has been resolved by an update since I had added the view:none because it interfered with what I think is a smooth subscription process. Looking at it now doesn’t disrupt me anymore.
Please close the ticket.
