My client wants a third reminder email sent to event registrants. I can create a custom email as a third reminder email, but the system only allows me to select from two reminders in the Event notification section. Is there a workaround?
Those reminders will be from the Automated Upcoming Event Notification add-on and currently we only have the option for those 2, either an ‘Event’ notification or ‘Datetime’ notification.
The only other way to trigger another email would be to do so manually using a custom template for say Registration Approved.
