Multiple Prices (Over 21 / Under 21), but only over 21 ticket is being emailed

Hello,

Currently, my site has events with tickets for sale. There are two price groups (Over 21 / Under 21). The user is able to purchase up to a total of 5 tickets for an event, which could be a mix of Over 21 / Under 21 tickets.

After they purchase a combination of Over 21 / Under 21 tickets, they only receive an email for the Over 21 tickets. Why is the under 21 tickets not being emailed?

All I get (besides the event registration email) is a email that shows this:

The price shows the correct total price for all the tickets purchased, but as you can see, there is only 1 ticket. The ticket says ‘Over 21’, and I tried scanning it, and it only scanned for the Over 21 tickets. I did not receive the Under 21 ticket.

That looks like the payment notification email, which should only go out to the primary attendee. There should also be confirmation emails going out to all the attendees. Do you have “email confirmation before payment” option set to yes or no?

I tried a test registration on your site, and I got the one payment notification email, and two confirmation emails, one for each attendee. Try putting the ticket link into the confirmation emails.
