Regarding the image Tony attached last to the above topic, our options show all three options enabled for Email: Event Admin, Primary Registrant and Registrant. I assume this is the reason for receiving two registration details by the registrant? I don’t see how to disable one and which of the Registrant email or the Primary Registrant email messages we should disable? We do not collect Additional Registrant Details.
You can disable either of the Registrant email or the Primary Registrant email, it’s your choice. They are disabled by removing the shortcode from the To: field when you edit the message template, then you save.
