I’m looking to provide two levels of discounts for a specific category of events. This category will have three course/events and I want to give one amount discount if a person enrolls in three of the six at once and another dollar amount if a person enrolls in all six. Is this possible with EE4 or EE3 and how

Hi Yusuf,
Event Espresso 3 offers several promotion systems:
Social media discount – applies a 100% discount
Volume discount – apply a flat or percentage discount once a threshold is met (e.g. register for 3 or more events).
Discount code – apply a flat or percentage discount when a particular code is used.
I believe that the volume discount will work well for your needs.

Are there plans to add these functions to EE4 and what will the migration path be like from EE3?

When you first activate Event Espresso 4 (after deactivating EE3), it will prompt you to migrate. Events, attendees/registrants, venues, and other information will be migrated.
Custom registration emails are not migrated as there is a new messages system in place for Event Espresso 4.
