Hello, Thank you, |
Hi Teresa, How are you today? Your support license with Event Espresso expired back in February, that’s why your account no longer has the downloads. You can renew your account buy purchasing the Business License again, or contact the sales department to discuss it further. |

Hi Garth, Do the downloads expire when the license expires? I thought that I would be able to access all features once I bought a license regardless of when i wanted to use the features. Thanks, |
Hi Teresa, The downloads that are available will always be the current software for Event Espresso. You can continue to use your existing software as is. It won’t stop working on its own. However, you won’t be able to download any of the new software. — |

Thank you for your prompt response. Since Multi-Event Registration is not a new feature and was a part of the business license when I bought the license. Would EventEspresso allow me to access to the feature now? The Multi-Event Registration, is in vital to our growing events and relationship with EventEspresso. |
Hi, I may have created some confusion by using the word “new.” When you have a current support license, you have access to various support services such as the support team, downloads for the core plugin and certain addons, and one click updates. When your support license expires, you can continue to use any existing software on your site as is. However, you will no longer have support services which means limited access to the support team, no one click updates, no downloads, and limited documentation. — |
