Customers who have used a discount code or promotional code to register for a class,for partial(and paid) or (100%) then that customer request to moved to a like class in price, it charges them for the class, it does not look that they are paid for by promotional code. or have a zero balance.
The promotion items are actually attached to the original transaction and cannot be transferred.
What we’re planning on adding in the future is a way to apply discount/promo codes in the admin. So in the scenario you describe, you’ll be able to input a promo code after moving the attendee.
How does my client move attendees with a promotional code to other classes?
without falsifying their payment overtime? plus the customers get emails saying they owe for the class?
For now they could cancel the original class registration, then re-register them onto the other class using a comparable promo code.
