I have a customer booked onto a certain course but they have accidentally booked on the wrong course. Is there any way I can move that registrant over to another course or do I have to delete the booking and get them to book onto the other manually?
4) Click on the trash can icon and a window will appear. Set the registration status to cancelled as this will free up a spot on this event. It looks like this:
