Moving a registrant to another course

Hi,

I have a question.

I have a customer booked onto a certain course but they have accidentally booked on the wrong course. Is there any way I can move that registrant over to another course or do I have to delete the booking and get them to book onto the other manually?

Hi Tim, you can cancel the registration and create a new one. Here are the steps:

1) Login to your WP dashboard and then go to Event Espresso –> Transactions.

2) You’ll then be viewing the transactions overview screen. Look for the transaction for the registration and then click on it.

3) You’ll now be viewing the transaction details screen. Scroll down to the payments area which looks like this:

4) Click on the trash can icon and a window will appear. Set the registration status to cancelled as this will free up a spot on this event. It looks like this:

5) You can then manually add a new registration and apply a payment. We have a video walkthrough for that here:
