Your support license key is only valid for one domain at a time, and our licensing system has detected that you are using your license key on multiple domains.
You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain.
You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso – Ticketing (EE 4+) but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain.
I’ve reset your license key, and the error will go away if you go to Event Espresso > General Settings and simply click Save.
The reason for the error is because the same key was previously used on getbigorgohome.webchimpysites.com and the key hadn’t been reset since that time.
