What would I need to do when a customer pays for a event that a .pdf or their default email body will show the ticket. I really want to leave my customer the option to use a digital ticket that they can pull up on their phone or they can print it out. 🙂 Thanks again for the awesome turn around times with your answers!

Ps. is there a way to pay more for priority services to get questions/trouble shoot situations answered quickly.

Hi there,

What you can do is use one of the Ticket URL shortcodes and they’ll be able to click the link to view the ticket. The actual ticket cannot be displayed within the email content, but it’s only one click/tap away. You’ll need the ticketing add-on activated if it’s not already activated on your site to use these shortcodes.

Here are some examples that can be added to the Registration Approved message type, for example:

<a href="[RECIPIENT_TICKET_URL]">Click here to view and download your ticket</a>

<a href="[TXN_TICKETS_APPROVED_URL]">Click here to view and download your tickets</a>
