mobile app can login from iphone but not from android

my android phone is a samsung gt-s7582 and version 4.2.2 I can login and everything works fine from iphone but can not login from android(check web connection or endpoint url)
WP 4.1
EE 3.1.36.6.p
New isntallation

It is a subdomain of lindostravel.gr

Is your iPhone running the latest OS (iOS 8) and are you using the Event Espresso HD app?

Hi Lorenzo,
the iphone is iOS8 and it is working fine. Yes I am using Event Espresso HD app from google playstore.

Dear Lorenzo & Jonathan
I found from the error logs that the problem was from some security matters of my hosting provider and I aked theme to make the nessesery changes. Everything is working OK now.

Would it possible for you to provide us with further details of this?

As in which security settings caused this, and how you identified it?

This may help other users that run into the same problem.

Hi,
what I did is that I uploaded everything to another hosting provider and found out that everything is working OK. After this, I took a look at the errors log of the hosting provider that was not working the mobile app and I show this: “ModSecurity: [file “/etc/httpd/crs/activated_rules/modsecurity_crs_60_correlation.conf”] [line “37”] [id “981204”] [msg “Inbound Anomaly Score Exceeded (Total Inbound Score: 5, SQLi=0, XSS=0): Common SPAM/Email Harvester crawler”] Warning. Operator GE matched 5 at TX:inbound_anomaly_score. [hostname “excursions.lindostravel.gr”] [uri “/espresso-api/v1/authenticate”] [unique_id “VLjbabkEhxsAAGwLqAwAAADg”]” . Show I called them and asked to fix it. In 5 minutes everything was working fine from iphone and android devices.
