Some one has booked a class earlier on my site, I’ve received the booking confirmation that gets sent to me but logged in to see no sign of the booking in the registrations??? Downloaded the CSV file and no record there?
It sounds like there is an issue with the search on your server (we’ve seen that on some shared hosts were they limit the joins within a query) so using the search won’t work. You’ll need to check through for the registration based on time/id etc and see if you can find it.
registration was made today. I have checked them all and none match the reg code. The search feature is more of a little issue… the missing reg is quite a big issue!
Be sure to include details of the missing registration in the message section of that form.
