Hi, within the first hour of registration, it appears the registered members are not appearing in the event’s registered attendees.
We received their confirmation emails and also they appear in the csv export of registered members, however they don’t show up in the attendees section.
Based on your licence type I am assuming you are using EE3?
If so please check the following:
Change the filter to Show All and click the Filter Status button (screenshot http://take.ms/7iI13)
Make sure that the Live Search Filter box is empty (screenshot http://take.ms/XZdPY)
Yes I have the events showing and all attendees showing.
There is a list of 14 users that are on the CSV export list but not on the event’s attendees list.
We didn’t setup anyway for users to unregister from the event. Any ideas on what is going on or what could have happened?
