Have you checked the the ‘Incomplete’ view on the registration list? – http://take.ms/yaxYN
Registrations are created as early as possible within EE and then updated as the attendee steps through the checkout steps so if a user selects the ticket, proceeds to the checkout and then steps the registrations will remain in the Incomplete section.
Further to the above, you sent an email that included a CSV report and those IDs were actually the transaction IDs. If the transactions were abandoned you’ll find them in Event Espresso > Transactions > Abandoned.
