But not all users are getting this prompt, and members are accidentally purchasing the more-expensive, non-member tickets. It’s possible that users could be “logged in” but not with an official member account (e.g. as a WP subscriber or administrator). To clear up the confusion, I think we need to make sure that ALL NON-MEMBERS (whether they’re logged in or not) see the prompt in the green box. Rather than checking only to see whether the user is logged in, can it check to see whether the user is a member and display that prompt for ALL users that it doesn’t recognize as members? Ideally, anyone who sees the members-only ticket as unavailable should get the prompt. And we would rather display that prompt for ALL users, if necessary, to ensure the confusion and frustration for our members gets cleared up.
