HI My custom logo appears on the email that I, the admin, gets for Registration Pending Payment but doesnt appear on a Registration Pending Payment email sent to the user.
I put logo in General Settings. And it works for the “Event admin” logo but not for the “Primary Registrant email. I see in the message html that the [CO_LOGO] [CO_LOGO] appears for both.
I took out the social icons at the bottom. But now I just clicked Messages > Edit message templates > “reset templates” but still one email shows the logo the other doesnt.
I am sooo sorry I bothered you, turns out my “images were not displaying” on gmail for the Primary Registrant emails (they showed automatically for the Event Admin ones)
