We have been using EE3 for years, and 2-3 weeks ago we started to notice we get bookings but they do not get into the admin area, they are missing all together.
We receive the email notifications.
I noticed the update of EE3 and did the update last week, however we got this problem again, and one customer complained it cannot book at all (couldn’t get more details).
The invoice generated comes with 0 amount.
We did not do any major updates of plugins or site, we have this on WP Engine running quite well since a while.

The first thing to do will be to deactivate the Autoptimize plugin. That particular plugin is known to cause issues on its own, and will also conflict with Speed Booster Pack by Optimocha. The two plugins do the same tasks so only one should be used in this case.
Then, you could check with WPEngine and ask them to disable caching for the
courses_dates/
/thank-you/
and /transactions/
pages.

I’ll disable Speed Booster, we tried so many plugins and Autopmize worked the best with other plugins, it runs for years now.
It’s just recently this issue popped out, I will speak with WPEngine to check the chaching and if issue arise I’ll update here.
