Hi EE,
We found Mijireh option in EE4. We need to integrate the Eway Payment Gateway via Mijireh.
We have done setup in Mijireh Tab of EE4 and changes in Mijireh Dashboard.
Initially it was working with Test Mode and on successfull payment , it redirect to thank you page.
But once i have done the slurping page option, it redirect to slurp page.
On slurp page, i filled up the required details and submit. Payment getting done but redirect on Thank you page with empty details.
i.e. Thank you coming with blank.
How is this so?
My client need Eway payment on EE4 as most prior payment gateway.
How to overcome this?
please sort this issue as soon as possible.

Completely blank, as in a whitescreen?
Or the thank you page loaded but with no details of the registration? Like this – http://take.ms/FJ1Is
Which version number of Event Espresso 4 are you using?

Hi Tony,
Thank you page comes with proper details.
But when we click on Button to print receipt or download as pdf, then the screen become blank.
We are unable to print the receipt nor we can download receipt as pdf.
We are using Version 4.9.29.p of Event Espresso.
how to overcome this?

The blank screen indicates that a PHP fatal error is being thrown. We’ll need to know exactly what the error is to know how to fix.
Can you try turning on WordPress debugging with error logging then check your site’s debug.log file in the wp-content folder?

I have turn on WordPress debugging and i found this log.

That’s a depreciated notice but its not from Event Espresso as we don’t use the function it references.
Can you link me to an event I can run a test registration on please?

Hi Vince,
I can see that the Invoice loads up, but the Receipt does not. Can you go to the Event Espresso > Messages > Default Message Templates page then click to edit the Receipt template there. Does the Receipt Template have any content there in the editor? If no content there, then you can click on the Reset button there.

Yes the template is blank.
I have reset the templates and it show the receipt.
But still the “Download Button” and “Switch to Receipt” button on the receipt are not working still.

The ‘Switch to Receipt/Invoice button is working fine for me.
However the Download PDF button is throwing an error 500 which means something is causing a fatal error when EE tries to generate a PDF.
If you check the error logs again you should fine a ‘fatal error’ shown there, can you post that here please.
