Hello – the confirmation messages for each of my events are stuck as “Queued For Generating” in the backend. The only way for registrants to receive their confirmation messages, is if I manually resend and then click “Send Immediately”. How can I fix this?
If you go to test an email from one of the email Message template editors, do you receive the test? If so, it may help to go to Event Espresso > Messages > Message Settings and set the the option for emails to be sent on the same request.
If not, can you verify whether *other* emails (like a WordPress password reset email) get sent from your site?
Hi Josh – thank you for the quick response. I was able to receive a test message immediately after submitting it from the message template. I did what you suggested (setting the option under Settings to “sent on the same request”) and that did the trick. I should be all set now. Thank you for your help!
