Hi – Trying to set custom message types for just some events and having issues.
I’ve created the custom message types and then go to the event to the “Notifications” tab, but that tab doesn’t list anything to choose. No global option, no custom options, no options at all.
You’ll need to make sure you’ve updated to the current version of Event Espresso 4, then you can go to your site’s Event Espresso > Messages > Settings page. Then you click on the toggle slide control to deactivate, then reactivate the Email and HTML messengers.
