Hi
I have activated the MER plugin
If someone wants to go to the Events list after adding one event, is it possible to change the redirect URL?
Currently it is going to mydomain.com/events which shows all events I have listed. This is fine except for two things. I have one event called Traders that is not to be on public view and only for trades for some of our events booking a pitch and two, the heading at the top lists every single event we are running and it looks messy.
Ideally I would like to redirect but if there is a way to fix the mydomain.com/event section that I could use that
Any help appreciated

Hi there,
We have a filter in place that allows you to alter the URL used by the ‘Return to Event List’ button and an example function here:

Change the URL to match the URL you would like the user to directed to and add the function to a Custom Functions Plugin on the site to alter the redirect.

I have gone ahead and followed the instructions but it still redirects to the original page
Any idea why?

It could be a load order issue, did you include the function within a plugin or your themes functions.php file?

I did it by creating a site specific plugin as per your instructions above.
Think I have done it correctly

Hi there,
Can you go to your site’s WordPress > Plugins page and check to see if your site specific plugin is activated?
