Member Surcharge Discounted?

Hi,

We are wanting to apply a % surcharge to each ticket. We have added this to the surcharge section of each events price however there is nowhere to add this for the members pricing.

When a member purchases the ticket it discounts the surcharge. We do not want this to be discounted both members and general sales should receive the surcharge.

Please advise how to add a surcharge for members.

Hi Eve,

You don’t need to add it to the members, it pulls the surcharge from the non members section as they are essentially the same ticket but with different prices for members/non members.

What exactly is discounting it? Are you using a promo code or other discount system?
