Hi there!

I am guessing I am doing something wrong. This is a new install, and I am new to event espresso. Just bought it within 24 hours..

But when I am logged in as the corresponding user type, (In this case it is editor) I never get the drop down for the member ticket. I get “The Member ($50.00 (USD)) is available to members only. On Sale”

You can view the event here: http://69.167.152.56/~wbaitest/wp/events/attorneys-in-transition-committee/

Any idea?

Hi there,

It turns out that “editor” isn’t a WordPress capability. It’s a user role. You can input something like “edit_posts” to allow access to the member ticket. This way Editors and any other user role that has the “edit_posts” capability can select that ticket.

For more info, please see our documentation here:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/ee4-wp-user-integration/#capabilities

Along with that, you’ll find a list of the default capabilities that a WP Editor has here:

http://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities#Editor
