Maximum Number of Attendees – Problem

Hi,
We’re having an issue with a misleading message stating:
“We are sorry but this event has reached the maximum number of attendees!
Please check back in the event someone cancels.
Current Number of Attendees: 0”

We have tried setting unlimited attendees, and as yet no one has booked, yet we still get the above message. Please help!

Hi Caroline, are you running any caching services or plugins on your site?

What happens when you enter a value like 25 in that field and save changes via the event editor?

Also, is a link available to that event?
