On a previous ticket I got a guide that explains how to manually add registrations: The email listed there got bounced back. I am able to see the “special tickets” that I created but another admin is not. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix that? Is there any other information I can provide ? |
|
Additional information: On the live site I do not have the questions and also don’t have the Event Visibility: “admin only” |
Which email is this please? That wiki doc does not include an email.
How exactly are you creating those tickets? Especially if you don’t have the Admin only tickets add-on mentioned on the wiki? Which leads onto this:
Which questions? The https://github.com/chasecmiller/EE4-AdminOnlyTicket So do you have that activated on the site? |

The email at the bottom of that link : Have any questions? Shoot them to chase@datajoe.com and mention EE4-AdminOnlyTicket in the subject line. I found a work around. Go to event and then edit then if I added a new ticket NO public / admin only choice. The work around I found was to duplicate another ticket I had and just change the name and then I could choose public or admin only. I have that plug in activated on the site. Resolution: If creating a new ticket there was NO Event Visibility: “admin only” Sorry my assumption was that if I created the new ticket that it would have the event visibility option |
Ahhh ok, so you mean within the 3r party repo, that’s not something we have control over. It’s a repo a 3rd party created and shared with users to provide ‘admin only tickets’.
That’s a limitation of the admin only tickets add-on. If you create a new ticket, publish it (save the event) when the page reloads that new ticket should have the option available to you. |
