Manual transaction will not process

We have added a manual registration to an event. When we then go to add the transaction (they paid by cash), we press the “Apply payment” but it then just says processing and never actually completes.

Hi there,

That usually means there is either something hijacking the ajax request or a notice/error is being thrown.

If you check the server’s error logs are there any notices/errors being thrown at the same time you apply the payment?

If you refresh the page after the above, does the payment show up in the transaction?
