When I try to manually add a registrant , I receive the following error notification:
An error has occurred:
Your form data could not be applied to any valid registrations.
This can sometimes happen if too much time has been taken to complete the registration process.
Please return to the Event List and reselect your tickets. If the problem continues, please contact the site administrator.

My apologise for the delayed response.
NitroPack is installed (and has been for a while), but to my knowledge there was never any issue with back-end/manual registrations since the plugin has been active.
I’ve merged your threads together to keep it all in a single location.
It’s possible NitroPack may have altered something that is affecting the registrations. However, before digging further into it, have you installed any new plugins recently?
If you check the servers error log when adding a registration and getting the above error does it show anything from Event Espresso?
