Make my own custom theme like Arabica

Can I not make a copy of the Arabica EE theme and customize this to show what I want to have?

Hi there,

It depends. The theme files were written to be used with the default twentyfourteen WordPress theme. If you want the customizations to be based on another WordPress theme other than twentyfourteen, you’ll need to make modifications to some of those files. If your site is using twentyfourteen, you follow this guide:
