Maintenance – Reset erased all events

We received a message for Maintenance – when I reset EE – all events have now been erased.

Hi Lisa,

Why did you reset EE? What message did you receive?

Resetting Event Espresso removes all of the EE data from the database, did you make a database backup beforehand?

The dashboard asked me to reset.

We do have a back up mechanism through Dropbox – but I do not know how to restore.

I did not push the button that states it will delete all files.

You can find out how to restore from the back up by following the back up plugin’s documentation.
