Hi Cathy,

Which version of Event Espresso did you update from?

Currently EE is in maintenance mode because it needs to run a migration, you can do this from within the admin. However please confirm which version of EE you were running before this latest update first, was it EE3 or EE4?

I am using EE4, and upgraded the version from 4.6 to 4.9, getting message as “Maintenance Mode”.Would you please let me know the procedure that i am supposed to follow from now?

You go to the Event Espresso > Maintenance page and follow the prompts. They’ll be an option to Migrate data, and you’ll choose that option.

When ever I am trying to migrate, the migration progress bar stops at 20 percent, Even though migration not yet completed, message shows top on the maintenance page that it is completed.I am not sure whether migration is completed or not?

The license key has zero effect on the Migration. The screenshot doesn’t show what’s below, is there a button to continue running the migration?

If we can get temporary admin and temporary file access to your site, we can investigate further why it’s hanging on that step. Is that something you can send by completing the form on this page?

Hi there,

We got the information but the form wasn’t completed. Can you resend the form and please, fill out the form completely? The FTP information that’s asked for there is important because we need that to be able to log errors and check errors.

Thank you. I re-started the migrations and right now it’s at 21% and making progress, although it’s processing the data at a very slow rate. It appears that the server that’s hosting your test site isn’t quite as capable as others so the migration is going to take some time.

I made no changes to the site. Like I mentioned before, I logged in and re-started the migrations and ran them until they were finished.

Hi there,

The above is not an error, it appears to be the start of your activation history.

Is that the full output from the page?
