Hey Folks,
im trying to configure the MailChimp Plugin.
– Api Key Works
– Box on right site Works
– Ski double opt-in is checked
I try to use the setting:
“Submit to MailChimp when registration is completed with an approved status”
How i try:
I register myself for an event. Default status for this event is “not approved”. The Event is a “free” event. Then in manualy set the status to approved. After that, i am awaiting the record in mailchimp, but thats not the case.
If i set the setting to “registration is completed….” the rerord in mailchimp will appear.

Hi there,
The MailChimp add-on doesn’t actually send an API request when an admin manually approves a registration on the back-end of the site. There is a ticket to add this, and we can let you know when that ticket is ready for testing, but for now it will only send API requests when the registration gets approved automatically during checkout.
