Hi! I just purchased an individual license with the MailChimp upgrade. Everything I’ve installed must be current because I just downloaded everything upon purchase. However, I’m getting this message when I activate the plugin and it will not activate. How do I solve this? Thanks!

Hi Jen,

Were your plugins installed through the WordPress dashboard?

Could you turn debugging off through your wp-config.php file:

define('WP_DEBUG', false);
  if (WP_DEBUG) {
    define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
    define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', true);
}

Hi! Yes, I installed via WP Dashboard. I deactivated and Uninstalled event-espresso-core-reg.zip. After I did that, the MailChimp plugin activated just fine. I found another post that said EE4 is not compatible with any of your add-ons yet – that’s what prompted me to delete that plugin.

When will EE4 be compatible? Seems odd to be forced to an earlier version to use the add-ons we’re paying for. Have I missed something? Thanks!

Hi,

The MailChimp addon is compatible with Event Espresso 3:
