I’ve tried everything, moved hosting, deactivated all plugins and switched theme. All plugins up to date, licenced etc. It’s not displaying any lists or groups though. Very frustrating. Can someone please login to my dev copy of the client’s website to have a look?

Hi Adam,
So the dropdown that shows ‘Do not send to MailChimp’ has only that entry to select within it?
The site linked to your license is using EE3 so can I just confirm if you are testing this on EE3 or EE4?

The dropdown uses an Ajax request to pull the additional details based on the selection of the dropdown so if there is a notice/warning etc being thrown on that request it can prevent it from populating.
I’ll take a look at your dev site to see if anything stands out there, you can send temp login details using this form:

(Note that generally, we require a support token to work directly on a site, however I can log in and see what is happening and let you know from there)

Hi there,
The problem is due to the version of the MailChimp Add-on you are currently using.
Your site has version 1.2 of the MailChimp add-on but the latest version is 1.3.p, Mailchimp made changes to their API a while back and version 1.3 changed the plugin to use the new version.
You’ll need to update to the latest version of the MailChimp add-on for it to function, your currently license does not include the add-on but you can purchase it separately here:

May I ask, is there something preventing you from using EE4?
