Hey guys, we have used the Mailchimp Add-on forever and we have many fields that we add to our buying customers profile on Mailchimp whenever they purchase.

We select these fields when creating the event like the screenshot here.
http://prntscr.com/jncxu1

Need to figure out why its not pulling those fields now as options to select.

The screenshot shows you how we are pulling most of them, BUT, for some reason the address, zip, city and state are no longer being pulled as a field option when we create new events.

Also, Josh should still have access to my website backend from my priority support ticket previously. If you want me to create a MailChimp user for you temporarily I can do that as well.

***NEVERMIND***

I figured it out, I was creating a fundraiser event by duplicating our previous fundraiser event.

On our previous fundraiser event we did not sell the tickets,, BUT on this new one Im creating we ARE selling the tickets.

So, I had just forgot to checkmark the regisration groups that i wanted for this NEW fundraiser event and that’s why MC wasn’t pulling those fields.

Now it’s fixed.

Thanks, you can close this ticket.

Hi Jarred,

Just to clarify for anyone else reading this thread, the MailChimp add-on pulls the question fields from the groups you have selected in the event, so if you don’t have question groups selected here: http://take.ms/1CBvc

You will only see the questions that are currently set to the ‘Personal Information’ question group (as it is enabled by default).

Also, regarding this:

Also, Josh should still have access to my website backend from my priority support ticket previously. If you want me to create a MailChimp user for you temporarily I can do that as well.

For security reasons, we do not keep the login details for the temporary admin account created for us to work on a support token after we have completed the work on that token. The temporary account you created for us to work on the site can be removed as we will request the password be reset if we need to log into the site again anyway (as we no longer have it).

We recommend you do not keep admin accounts that you don’t actually need/use on the site for longer than necessary.
