When I renewed my account today, I saw a notice that I would receive a 50% loyalty discount. However, I was charged the full amount. Did I do it wrong?
I sent a private response to your email address with attachment of the welcome email I received last year (April 7,2015) when I first purchased our EE4 license. Not sure why it doesn’t appear in my dashboard.
