I have lost the log in Dashboard on the web page today. How do I fixt it?

Hi,

I am not quite sure how this relates to Event Espresso? Is it that you have lost your admin login details? If so see here http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password

If not please explain further, and how Event Espresso is involved.
