Can you please help me? I have upgraded the EE4 / Calendar and added the new plugin for listing events. Now when you are registering for an event the Method of Payment buttons have disappeared?! Can you please advise what has happened? I have checked in the administration section and they are enabled.

Hi Lisa,

Have you tried deactivating then re-activating the Payment Methods again?

Hi Lisa,

Have you tried deactivating then re-activating the Event Espresso plugin again?

Yes, I even uninstalled and reinstalled a fresh copy.

When looking into the code it seems to be hidden?

<input type=”hidden” id=”spco-payment_options-action” name=”ajax_action” value=”espresso_process_payment_options”>

The hidden input is supposed to be there with the options displayed after. Can you turn on WP_DEBUG? This may help narrow down what’s causing this.

How do I do that? sorry.

Found it – changed to true in config file.

This notice came up in dashboard:

Hi Lisa,

Can you try deactivating the plugin that has the evtesp-brismark/evtesp-brismark-customisations.php file?

Lisa

I did and this error message comes up:

This registration step could not be completed. Please refresh the page and try again. ( submit_reg_form_server_error )

If we have established that it is an error in the plugin created by the developer when making a new payment gateway – I will go back to him to fix.

Thank you for all of your help.

You’ll likely need to start a new registration now that the other plugin has been deactivated.

I logged out and tried to enter a registration from scratch and the same error appears.

I see that WP_DEBUG is still on. Can you set it back to false and save the wp-config.php file and try the registration again?

Sorry Josh,

I am still learning…. have set to false and the payment options are working. Thank you very much for your assistance, I will consult with the developer.

Lisa
