list of speakers (across multiple events)

Is there a way we can display on the public website the list of people in a given type and/or category (eg. all speakers)? The result should be a nice listing page with the pic, name and bio of each of them, potentially a link to their social profile and so.

Feasable? Or do I have to maintain this page manually?
