Hey guys,

So I am not really sure what the problem is. For some reason, when an attendee completes their purchase with our CC processor, EE should be sending out a confirmation of their registration and that is not happening.

We use the Authorize.netSIM

We also noticed we have a bunch of errors in the logs and thought it may be related.

Thanks for your help.

Hi,

We received your priority support token information, but I’m afraid the information was incomplete & not correct. If you can send the correct information and include FTP access we can investigate further.

The logs you’ve posted here are not related to the issue.

One thing I can advise is you can install the Authorize.net Accept gateway and use that instead of SIM. The reason being is Authorize.net has deprecated SIM. If switching to Accept doesn’t correct the email issue, we can investigate further if you can resend the priority token form with the correct information.

Ok updated our log in and SFTP log in info for you. All should be working now.

Thanks. I’ve logged in and I can see that the Transactions, where they’ve paid, are still set to Incomplete. So in order for there to be an email, the Transaction would need to update to completed with the Registration status updated to Registration Approved. That’s not happening with the SIM gateway.

So the first thing I can advise is to switch to the Accept gateway. With the Accept gateway the user doesn’t leave your site so you’re not relying on Authorize.net’s payment notification to make it back to your site like the way SIM does.

The Accept gateway can be downloaded from your account page, and you can follow the set up guide here:

Ok so that may be an issue. We don’t actually use Auhtorize.net we use NMI and the authorize.netSIM was some kind of work around.

Sorry I don’t know enough about this stuff to be more clear.

What you could do instead then, is use a gateway that’s built for NMI. Event Espresso (the company) doesn’t support an NMI gateway, but a third party does:
