Hello, Could you double-check that the printable tickets add-on along with the barcode scanning add-on are installed and activated? Note those are two add-ons which are available from your account page. From here, go to Event Espresso –> Messages and then click on Settings. Check to see if the Ticket and Ticket Notice message type are enabled which would be the left column. If they are on the far right side, then they are disabled and you can drag and drop them to the left column to enable them. From here, go to the registrations overview screen and then look in the actions column in the right side of the page and click on the ticket icon for any registrant. Does it then load up the ticket? — |

Hi, I double-checked, the Tickets and Barcode Scanning add-ons have always been activated. On the Messages>Settings>Email page, the “Ticket Notice” message type is active. However, I can’t find the “Ticket” message type anywhere, either under the active or inactive section. Perhaps this is where the problem occurs? Would really appreciate your advice. THanks, |
The ‘Ticket’ message should only be shown under the HTML tab, you mention above that is display correctly so…
In that case the ‘Ticket’ type is working as expected. It sounds like there is an issue with the Ticket Notice message, either not being sent or not being received. Which version of EE4 are you using? If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default Message Templates. Look within that list and check if there is a ‘Ticket Notice’ template – http://take.ms/H6F5S If so click the ‘Registrant’ link for the ticket notice.
