Limiting tickets to certain users

In EE4 we were able to specify a user role capability for buying tickets – now in EE5 I can’t find that. Visible to “members only” isn’t good enough as non-paying accounts can be logged in, but we want tickets only available to our paying members. How can we now do this?

Yes, that is still supported in EE5 with the WP User Add-on. Edit a ticket and scroll to the bottom to the WP Users section to select or specify a custom capability: https://www.screencast.com/t/DS1gaE6GP9l

We are using that add on but that field is not showing for us.

Make sure your plugins are updated and active.

Everything is current and activated. We are not seeing those fields. Only “visibility” pulldown.
