There isn’t actually a setting for this, when you set a Datetime reg limit to 15, the ticket sales should end when 15 registrations are approved. Please note that if a registration is Pending Payment it’s not counted as a ticket sale, so it’s possible to have 15 Approved registrations + 1 or more Pending Payment registrations, but the Pending Payment registrations haven’t paid so their registration isn’t counted toward the total.
