Hello, I request a licence key change because we changed the domain name. The site is still the same, only we use another domain for it. I am wondering how long it would take to hear back from Event Espresso because I am concerned about user registrations.
However, note that license key has no effect on EE, it provides support for your site and one-click updates but does not affect any other functionality within EE so if you are having issues with registrations now, you’ll continue to have them with a ‘valid’ key.
If that is the case, we can help troubleshoot further.
