License key request

Hello, I request a licence key change because we changed the domain name. The site is still the same, only we use another domain for it. I am wondering how long it would take to hear back from Event Espresso because I am concerned about user registrations.

Hi there,

I’ve put the reset through for you.

However, note that license key has no effect on EE, it provides support for your site and one-click updates but does not affect any other functionality within EE so if you are having issues with registrations now, you’ll continue to have them with a ‘valid’ key.

If that is the case, we can help troubleshoot further.

Hi there,

I checked and it appears that your key has been reset.

Please note that the license key has no effect on your registrations or events. The only thing the key affects is the 1-click updates for plugins.

Oh great thank you. I have no issue with registrations as a matter of fact, but I though I would!
