I have purchased a new key, deleted the old key, saved, then replaced with the new key. When I attempt to update the Event Espresso plug in I get the following error:
“An error occurred while updating Event Espresso: Update package not available.”
It looks like your site has Event Espresso 3 but your account has a support license for Event Espresso 4. If you want to run a 1-click update to the current version of Event Espresso 3 you can switch your account to have an Event Espresso 3 license. There’s an switch license feature on your account page.
