Licence not activated on website

Hi.

My licence is not allocated to my website. Could you please get this added for me

Hi there,

We don’t actually manually assign domains to your key, it’s done automatically when you add it in the settings and your site pings our servers.

Have you added the key to you EE settings?

Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Support License Key

If not, you’ll find your key on your account page, copy the key from there and paste it into the above, then save.

That should assign your key to your domain.

Hi,

I actually followed up about this in the topic you started back in July:

What’s happened is there’s another cmventures account and that account’s key appears to be set to your website. What you will need to do is go to your site’s Event Espresso > General Settings page, remove the key (blank out the field) then click Save. Then, you can add the correct key from your account page.

I’ve given you a new key. Can you use that one instead?
