Strange. I have a key but cannot enter it.

Add your support license key to the General Settings page of Event Espresso through your WordPress dashboard and save changes to enable one-click updates for your website and support from our team.
But on this page there is NO field for the support code.
Any idea why?
Which specific version number of Event Espresso 4 are you running on the site, please? You can find it in Dashboard -> Plugins, or at the bottom of the admin Dashboard.
Are you running Event Espresso through a Multisite Network? If so the licence key field will only show on the main site, because there is only a single instance of Event Espresso to manage.
Download the latest version of Event Espresso 4 regular from there.
Then go to Dashboard -> Plugins and deactivate EE4 Decaf.
Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add new -> Upload plugin.
Select the .zip file you have just downloaded, install and activate.
Now you have the full/regular version of Event Espresso installed and you can add your license key into that.
(Once the above is activate you can then delete Decaf from the site)
