licence Key not working

I get this up the top
“You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”

and this under event espresso
“There is a new version of Event Espresso available. View What’s New with version 3.1.26.P. You need a valid Site License Key to enable automatic upgrades. Your current membership level does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”

I have manually downloaded installed and activated the above version but still get the error.
I have had the key reset once.

Hi Mark,

Please check to see that you do not have any older, inactive versions of Event Espresso or the add-ons in the WordPress plugins directory. See this topic for more tips: https://eventespresso.com/topic/plugin-auto-update-tips/

Deleting the old Event got rid of the second but the first remains.

Now that you have that old version deleted, let me reset the key one more time. Let me know if that worked.

That worked but obviously there seems to be a problem if every time the software is updated i have to get the licence updated. But for now it is working.

I’m receiving the same “you have the correct license key” message. The “lite” version has been deactivated, the latest files are installed, so I’m assuming a reset is the fix?
