Hi, After the EE4 update we received some emails about the registration process providing error codes: “The following errors have occurred: Either no Attendee information was found, or an invaild Attendee object was discovered when attempting to save your registration information. EE_Checkout-_save_registrations_attendee-645” “A valid Primary Registration for this Transaction could not be found. EE_SPCO_Reg_Step_Finalize_Registration-process_reg_step-88” These codes display, after we have submitted registration, but choose Invoicing as a Payment option. On the back end, the registration appears as usually but the front end tells the user an error occurred. You can test the registration here: http://nativespedconference.com/events/conference-registration/ Feel free to enter information, please add “TEST” to Name so we can delete after. Additional info: Thanks for your help! |
Hi Ben, Have you gotten an email about that error since you’ve updated to Event Espresso 4.6.11.p or was it before that time? The reason I ask is because I just ran a test registration and did not see any errors. |

This error just started to occur after I updated EE on Friday. The error I have noticed happens on the 55 dollar option. Here is the screenshot: I did see your successful registration with 250. Thanks. |

Hi, I ran a few registrations and at first it didn’t occur but after I used that ticket it did occur and continued to. Can you please go to your WP Dashboard and go to Event Espresso > Maintenance > System Information tab and copy the information from the Raw System Data section (click it, press CTRL-A to highlight it all) and copy and paste it here? A screen shot of the ticket structure for the event might be useful too. |

System Info: http://djkeres.com/dl/EE_SystemInfo.rtf The entire code was too long. Link is a rich text document. |
Hi Ben, Was the Daily Conference Registration copied from the Conference Registration via doing an export, then re-importing in from the export? Or was it made from duplicating the event? |
|
|
Hi Josh, I created a new event to handle the Daily Registration. This page doesn’t produce any errors. I tried cleaning up the Conference Registration by creating a new event…for some reason that page (even though it is new) still produced the same error as previous. Ben |
Update: I looked at the http headers on this site and noticed that it’s hosted on Godaddy. Is this site hosted on Godaddy’s Managed WordPress hosting platform? If so, you’ll need to contact your host and ask them to move this site to a hosting plan that doesn’t cache everything all the time. |

Hi Josh, Can you explain what type of server settings I would need? Just so I can explain our situation. Thanks. |
Hi Ben, It’s quite simple: Either no caching, or the ability to exclude specific pages from being cached. Currently Godaddy’s Managed WordPress hosting serves everything from a cache, with no option to exclude specific pages. Another managed WordPress host that will work with you on setting up no caching for specific pages is WPEngine. So if you’re explaining this to your host, you can say you want to do what’s explained here: |
